Documents and details you share (such as Aadhaar, UAN or bank details) are used only to provide the service you asked for. We do not sell or share them, except where submission through the official EPFO process requires it. We never ask for your UAN password or OTP. After the work is complete, your documents are deleted from our records. To request deletion or correction, contact us on WhatsApp or email.

Terms of Service

We are an independent consultancy and are not affiliated with EPFO or any government body. Our fee covers our assistance only; official charges, if any, are separate. Approval of any claim or correction rests with EPFO and we do not guarantee outcomes or timelines. You must provide genuine, accurate documents. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect information.

Refund Policy

If you cancel before work begins, the full fee is refunded. If work has begun, the fee is refunded after deducting for the work already done. If we are unable to submit your application due to our own error, the full fee is refunded. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
